I have used this company more than 6 times in the past 10 years between myself and children, this last time will be the last. I had items broken. My quote was not what I was charged. The vehicle ran out of fuel. The owner spilled diesel in my vehicle and all over my driveway. My list goes on. I hate it for the 2 employees because they were doing the best they could with what they had. My items were not wrapped, strapped down and my boxes were thrown around without care. The owner was the most unprofessional person and considering how well they did in the past, I am truly disappointed. I wouldn’t use them again if they paid me. I wish I could give negative stars. I cannot replace what they damaged.

It is completely unacceptable that your belongings were damaged, your quote was inaccurate, and that you had to deal with such unprofessional behavior. This is not how we conduct business, and I’m truly sorry that we failed to meet your expectations, especially after you’ve trusted us with your moves for so many years.I understand your frustration and disappointment. The issues you’ve described—from the improper handling and lack of care for your items to the owner’s unprofessional conduct and the incident with the diesel fuel—are serious failures on our part. I am particularly concerned about the damage to your property and the disrespectful way your items were treated.I would like to make this right. Called for a quote for an upcoming move. Set aside a time for someone to come give us a quote. First time they cancelled 2 hours before. Rescheduled for another day and the person just didn’t show at all. Went with a different moving company. Wouldn’t recommend when they can’t even hold to their appointments.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were prompt and courteous. Handled belongings with care and with thought to protect the furniture. Careful inside the home.
Made moving quick and easy. Moved my daughter from one apartment to the other in under 3 hours. Would highly recommend and would use their services again!!

Kevin and his crew did a great job and were a little early and worked quickly and carefully to move the bed and accessories I needed moving. Followed my instructions on both pick up and delivery to a tee. Was a little concerned as I had never used collegiate before and I had not moved for awhile and had bad experiences with other movers in the past. The price of 405.00 was much higher than I expected just to move a bed and two night stands but they did it within the quoted amount I agreed to and didn’t try and hose me by taking too long to move and deliver what I contracted them for which was a concern since their location is a little far away compared to other movers I got quotes from. I would use them again without any hesitation. I saw one reviewer say their young crew was rude and I really find that hard to believe. Most people that post a review like that are usually impossible to please and are never happy about anything and even though running a business it’s hard, it’s hard to have to put up with customers like that and not want to give back as good or bad as they receive. You simply can’t make everyone happy. Adrian, Kevin and his crew did an outstanding job from my perspective and I am very expectant and hard to please when you don’t do the job right and what I am paying for. No problem whatsoever. Outstanding and 200% pleased.
