What Happens After You Request a Quote

  1. We review your details: both addresses, your date, the size of your home and any heavy or delicate items.
  2. We follow up if something is unclear: by phone, text or email, whichever you chose on the form.
  3. You receive a written estimate that lists the services, the crew and how the price is calculated.
  4. You choose your date, and we reserve your moving day and start time.
  5. We confirm before moving day, a few days ahead, with the date, time and both addresses.

We reply during business hours, Monday to Saturday. Requests sent in the evening or on Sunday are answered the next business day.

What to Include in Your Request

  • Your moving date, and whether it is flexible
  • Both addresses, or at least the towns
  • The size of your home, such as a one-bedroom apartment or a four-bedroom house
  • Stairs, elevators, steep driveways and where a truck can park at each home
  • Pianos, safes, antiques, artwork, gym equipment and other heavy or delicate items
  • Any packing, unpacking or loading-only help you want
